My experience with ViperDezigns has been excellent. from my initial conversations with Joe, through the site building with Steve, everything has been great. Joe and Steve make a great team. They both are very consistent, have great follow-thru and really have what it takes to get the job done. Over the course of the past month, I have had the opportunity to work with Steve on my website. Steve responded to my phone calls and numerous emails 100% of the time, in usually less than an hours time. To me, that's remarkable. It really felt like he was committed to getting my site completed to my specific details. My site is now complete and I am so excited to share it with everyone. They did a great job, its beautiful.

I first met Joe over 2 years before hiring ViperDezigns. They are more than a 1000 miles away from me, someone who likes to champion the 'local guy', but their pricing was better than good and they said all the right things. I reviewed their previous work. They clearly rose to the top of my list. Next, I searched high and low for a design team that could meet or beat Viper. Two years later and all I had accomplished was to waste 2 years.

I had studied hundreds of web sites deciding what I wanted and interviewed dozens of web designers, some wanting close to 5 figures to build my site. Throughout this period, Joe would send messages with links to some new sites they had developed or call to say hello and see how I was getting along. I finally smartened up and gave Viper the job.

About 2 days after sending them some materials, Steve had a sample site ready for my review. A week later and we were putting the finishing touches on it and going live. Two weeks later and I'm already listed in the top 5 sites in searches on Google and Yahoo. Three calls came in referring to the new site in that week. I tend to get a lot of repeat business and have had great success with client retention, so the return on investment and lifetime value of one client is often overwhelming.

Joe and Steve are patient, thoughtful, responsive and talented professionals who clearly set ViperDezigns apart from the crowded web design field. I can't begin to tell how much I love my new site. As you well know the most effective means of selling my service is a professional web site. I wanted a clean new look and Joe told me on the first call that it was not uncommon for them to get it right on the first try and he was right.
